  1. Hi! I signed up for ISSA but Iโ€™m wondering if I should do NASM instead. Iโ€™m getting a 50% off package and it seems like a lot is included but Iโ€™m nervous. Iโ€™m in Illinois, do most people accept this cert? ISSA offers a NCCA version of the test that is not open book and is timed. Should I do this?

    • Hey, both NASM and ISSA are at the top of the industry, and you won’t be going wrong with either of these programs. If you go with ISSA, definitely try to take the NCCA accredited exam, as it makes the certification hold as much weight as the NASM CPT.
