It would be best if you met the prerequisites to be allowed entry into a certification program.
For most certifications, including the ones I will be discussing here, all you need is to be at least 18 years old, have a valid high school diploma or equivalent, and ensure you have current First Aid, CPR, and AED certs.
But why do you need first aid certifications?
Well, fitness instruction brings some risk as you are pushing clients to extreme levels of fatigue.
You must be prepared to be the first line of support should a client experience an accident or medical emergency.
Trainers also need to get the correct insurance coverage and protect themselves and their clients in the event of an incident.
Step 3: Prepare for Your Certification Exam & Pass!
Once youโve chosen and enrolled in your preferred bodybuilding trainer certification, itโs time to get busy.

Studying effectively is as much about having the right study materials to prepare as it is about having the right study structure. Students may prefer a guided home study program or to review at their own pace.
