  1. Thank You

I wanted to see if the ACE flashcards set is available?
I know NASM flashcard 1100 set is at your storefront 🙂

    1. Hey Kani,
Currently, the only flashcards I have for the American Council on exercise exam are the ones on the first page of this study guide. It consists of 100 flashcards Ranging from every single chapter in the textbook. If you want more flashcards, I recommend you check out the study packages from trainer Academy. I believe they have over 600 flashcards or so for ACE. They also have fantastic practice tests and the most spot on study guide when it comes to hinting which sections to study in the textbook or passing the exam. Check them out here.

  2. Hi Tyler,

Do you have any tips for studying the Essential’s of Exercise Science book that is included in ACE’s study materials? Or does the majority of the test center around the Personal Trainer manual?

    1. Hey Morgan,
the majority of the questions definitely come from the personal training manual or the primary textbook. I always recommend that my students go through the essentials of exercise science as well because it has a lot of solid information but some of the overlaps from the textbook as well.
