Hey everyone and welcome to my insanity Max 30 calendar/schedule article. There is a blue download button to download my custom excel calendar located below the first image on this page. If you have never tried the insanity Max 30 program, It is one of the hardest programs I have ever tried. Besides that, it is also the program that has gotten myself and my clients the most results. This is especially true if you have a very busy schedule and can only fit in 30 min. of exercise. Shaun T is my favorite instructor of all time and has another program such as the original insanity, focus T25 and Cize. To learn more I suggest you read my insanity Max 30 review.

The two different insanity Max 30 calendars

Overall there are two different insanity Max 30 calendars that you can follow. There is the general calendar as well as the ab maximizer calendar. The ab maximizer calendar that Shaun T guarantees will give you his sixpack abs. This is basically the same as the standard calendar with 10 to 15 min of ab work done after the traditional workout. This adds the ab attack 10 workout, Max out abs workout and 360 abs into the insanity Max 30 schedule. I highly suggest hanging this calendar up someplace that you will see it every day. My favorite location is in front of my refrigerator. It reminds me every day to get my workout in, and is a gentle reminder to eat healthy as well.

If you feel like the insanity Max 30 program is right for you make sure to make me your personal beach body coach. I will make sure you are successful! The General Insanity Max 30 calendar as a chart

The whole idea behind insanity Max 30 is to push yourself as hard as you can, for as long as you can. This is what is known as “maxing out”. The goal of the calendar is to keep track of your “Max out” time. This is the amount of time you can last through the program before you absolutely need to take a break. When this happens, you have MAXED OUT! The goal is to beat your previous Max out time the next time you do the same workout. Make sure you keep track of it so you know the time to beat! Let’s take a look at the insanity Max 30 schedule:

What are the workouts like on the insanity Max 30 schedule?

  1. Cardio challenge:¬†This workout is all about cardio endurance and you will be breathing hard just after the first couple minutes. Most people’s Max out time on this comes relatively quickly.
  2. Sweat intervals:¬†This¬†routine reminded me of the original insanity program a lot. It’s a big interval training workout that focuses on the entire body.
  3. Tabata power: This workout has a lot of resistance training movements with your own body weight. It follows the same high-intensity interval training style with 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
  4. Tabata strength: This might be the most tiring workouts in the first month. Overall there is very little break in between each exercise.
  5. Friday fight round one: At the end of each week with insanity Max 30, you end with one of the hardest workouts. I felt kind of nauseous my first time that I tried this.
  6. Max out cardio:¬†This one doesn’t include a lot of resistance training exercises but is fast-paced and will boost your heart rate significantly similar to the cardio challenge workout.
  7. Max out sweat: I suggest having a lot of water by your side for this program. This is another cardio killer.
  8. Max out power: This one is similar to Tabata power. Focusing on a lot of high intensity interval training but with 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off which makes it much more difficult.
  9. Max out strength: This routine also has 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. The only difference is that it includes a lot of resistance training as well.
  10. Friday fight round two: The second Friday night fight is definitely the hardest workout of the entire series. It feels like you have absolutely zero breaks. At least it will be easy to beat your previous Max out time though!

I hope you all get some great use out of these insanity Max 30 schedules. This is overall one of my favorite at-home workout programs that I have ever tried.
