There are three general calendars that are provided by beach body for Core De Force. These calendars are: the general 30 day calendar, the Core De Force deluxe calendar and the hybrid calendar which combines many popular beach body products such as P90X and insanity with the Core De Force program. I will be talking about each one of these calendar options throughout the article. This program is one of the newest at-home workout products by beach body. It combines lots of mixed martial arts style workouts to give you a fat burning, total body program. You even feel a little bit like a ninja afterwards!

The deluxe Core De Force calendar
The deluxe Core De Force workout schedule combines a lot of the MMA workouts with lots of agility exercises and lower body routines. MMA is not only about being strong, but also very quick and agile. Having strong legs is one of the more important aspects to being a good MMA fighter. Obviously you are probably not training to become a fighter, but having a strong base will make you more athletic, powerful and look amazing. This is only available for people that purchase the deluxe Core De Force package.
The hybrid Core De Force calendar
The hybrid Core De Force workout schedule combines the MMA exercise routines with a lot of the other popular beach body products such as the insanity series and the P90X3 series. I love these hybrid schedules because it allows people to really mix and match their favorite workouts together.
